Tomatoes & Basil Colored Pencil Tutorial

Painted on Black Stonehenge paper, this dramatic Still Life may appear to be challenging but may be tackled by even beginners with a little patience. Suitable for Intermediate to Advanced painters with Colored Pencil experience.

This project uses Gamsol or other OMS, but if you don't have access to that, just add more layers to the bowl for complete coverage.

I painted this in quite a large size for myself and a smaller size to teach so please resize to your own paper and frame.
